Monument Mall benefits from disabled access throughout the shopping centre.  Both main entrances from Northumberland and Blackett Street are on street level and there are two lifts available, which provide access to the various levels within the shopping centre.  Monument Mall welcomes guide dogs and hearing dogs.  

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on level 2 of the shopping centre, it's free of charge and easily accessible.  For added security, there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
